How long does shipping take?

How do I choose the correct size?
Measure your knee circumference 4"/10cm above the kneecap and refer to our sizing guide on the product page. Still unsure? Contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.

Can I wear the brace during sports?
Yes. Our knee brace is designed for sports, gym workouts, running, hiking, and everyday activities.

Is the knee brace washable?
Yes. Hand wash with cold water and air dry for best results. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
